At our Attendee Service desk, we will help you with any questions or issues you may have, making your gamescom dev visit smooth and memorable.

Our goal is to ensure a welcoming, harassment-free environment for all our attendees. If you experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment, please reach out to our → Awareness Team for help and assistance.

Stay hydrated! We will offer free water to our attendees. Refill stations can be found on all floors of the venue. Make sure to bring a re-useable bottle!

Need a break from your busy conference day? Visit our Silent Room on the first Confex floor to calm down and re-charge your batteries.

The Press & Media Center is on the 2nd floor of the Confex and accessible to all → accredited press representatives.

If you have a gamescom dev Trade ticket, you can always stop and relax at our Business Area. On both conference days we offer free coffee, water, snacks, and open meeting tables.

Our speakers and holders of the VIP ticket are invited to visit our exclusive lounge to take a break between sessions and enjoy delicious catering: a choice of small dishes, as well as hot & cold beverages are available throughout the day.

Even after gamescom dev is over, you are invited to come to our booth in the B2B area of gamescom.

From Wednesday to Friday, our partners can book a dedicated table or even a private meeting room!
