Our commitment to building

a more inclusive & diverse games industry!

gamescom dev and gamescom expand access for game developers who are unable to attend our events independently due to financial, structural, or personal barriers.

Our scholarship program focuses on identifying and supporting qualified talent from diverse backgrounds, particularly within marginalized and underrepresented communities worldwide.

Through a combination of online preparation and on-site experiences, we create a welcoming environment that enables meaningful connections, knowledge exchange, and long-term career opportunities.

Following the success of the 2024 and 2025 editions, with over 400 scholars and 40+ international partners, the program continues to evolve and strengthen our commitment to accessibility, community, and industry development.
