Lisa brings over a decade of experience in AAA game production, having worked on titles like “Hunt: Showdown”, “Need for Speed Heat”, and “Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora”. Her career has taken her from Germany to the UK, Sweden, and Turkey, where she joined IOI Interactive in 2024 as Studio Manager.

Today, as Global Studio Strategy Manager, Lisa ensures IOI’s clear strategy is carried forward and understood across all five studios. She leads initiatives that strengthen collaboration, align studios around shared goals, and foster unity while respecting local cultures – creating a consistent employee experience across all locations.
